Scholarship winner

Tourism Australia, in conjunction with the Backpacker & Youth Tourism Advisory Panel (BYTAP) and the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC), is pleased to announce the winner of the youth-sector development scholarship, Nora Kisser, Guest Services Manager at Millett Group’s Wake Up! Hostels in Sydney.

Nora also serves in a voluntary capacity as Youth Tourism NSW’s Secretary. Designed to increase distribution engagement as well as develop the capability of a future leader in the sector, Nora will receive a one-year ATEC membership for Millett Group, a place in the ELITE program including mentoring and attend ATEC Meeting Place later this year. Further details on the ELITE program are available here. There was a strong field of candidates for this highly competitive scholarship – congratulations Nora (pictured third from left with representatives from ATEC and Tourism Australia).
